Wi-Fi calling and texting lets you talk and text over an active Wi-Fi connection, extending your coverage to keep you connected! While in the U.S., Wi-Fi calling can be used when a cellular signal is weak or unavailable. Wi-Fi calling is only available on certain Apple and Android devices.
All Devices:
When you first enable Wi-Fi calling with your magicJack Wireless service, you must provide the primary U.S. address where the Wi-Fi calling service will be used. You can edit this address as needed if you change locations. If you need additional assistance with setting up Wi-Fi Calling on your device, visit our help section.
For Android Users:
- Go to the Phone App
- Choose More Option (the 3 vertical dots on the right side of the Search Field)
- Choose Settings
- Choose Wi-Fi Calling
- Select ON
For iPhone Users:
- Go to Settings
- Choose Phone
- Choose My Number
- Choose Wi-Fi Calling
- Choose Wi-Fi Calling on This Phone
- Select Enable
- Enter the US Address and click Continue

Whether you’re in or outside of the U.S. (international roaming), Wi-Fi calls and texts to other countries are subject to your plan’s long-distance charges.
